this Monday afternoon around 5, we originally went in to cancel our service and switch to another carrier. However, the representative told us that he could help us keep a very competitive rate and even offered us an additional phone line at no extra cost for an year. He also helped us transfer our current phone numbers on the spot, and the entire process went very smoothly. The representative was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole experience. It was a wonderful customer service experience, and we are very grateful for all of his assistance. Please extend our sincere thanks to him.

I was helped by an associate of the name "MD" in the store. I pay for 2gpbs Download and was getting exactly what I wanted for Download, but not upload. MD and their coworker suggested they can lower my bill while keeping my speed and plan. This actually afftected my service at home. My speed lowered. I was told to return if there was still issues. I returned and was told that I needed the Gateway modem/router combo in order to get what I am paying monthly for. After bringing home the equipment my performance got even worse. I spent the afternoon with a technician & customer support on the phone from Xfinity proper. The service rep stayed with me on the phone. We talked to the store and the associate MD came out and pretty much hand waived me away. Saying that my home is the issue for the lack of upload from xfinity. That my area is "not supported". It takes "24hrs" for the system to "warm up" The xfinity rep said that is not true. I left the store and was on the phone with the xfinity representative getting a technician to come out and fix this issue proper only to be informed that another party was logging into my account to change things. It was confirmed that it was from this

Alicia at the Fremont Hub was amazing to work with — calm, efficient, and incredibly easy to talk to. She made everything feel quick and seamless. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thanks!

I had a very complex situation with my account. I called the customer service phone line and was transferred 3x because they couldn't help me with my account. I walk into this store/location thinking im going to be here for an hour or so. Nope the employee named MD heard me repeat my issue 1 time and he fixed it within 5minutes!!!! Geez thank you MD for your efficient service and knowledge. Your help was so much appreciated thank you. Avoid calling Customer Service and just walk in to this location and ask for MD.
